Request account deletion

How to send your request

1. Send an email from the email address associated with your AskButler account to support@health2service.com.
2. Use the subject “AskButler account deletion” and state that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.
3. Our support team may ask for information needed to verify account ownership before processing your request.

Do not send your password, sign-in codes, or unnecessary sensitive information.

This opens your email app with a prepared message. Send the email to submit your request; opening it does not delete your account. You can also compose the email yourself using the address and subject above.

Account and associated data

Your request covers your AskButler account and associated personal data, including profile information, conversations and requests, favorite Sites, and notifications linked to your account.

After deletion, you will no longer be able to use that account or access its history.

Data that may need to be retained

Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution. Our support team will explain any applicable exceptions and retention period when handling your request.

Records held separately by an organization operating a Site are subject to that organization's own policies. Contact that organization to request deletion of its records.
