Privacy Policy
AskButler · Last updated: 3 October 2026
AskButler is provided by Health2Service. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use the AskButler app and website to discover Sites, talk to their AI Agents, and receive updates.
1. Information we process
- Account information: your name, email address, account identifier, and profile information supplied by the sign-in service, including a profile image when available.
- Conversations and requests: messages you send, Agent responses, conversation history, and information included in requests to a Site.
- Site activity: favorite Sites, conversation access, notification content and read status, language preferences, and related timestamps.
- Device and service information: technical request records, such as request times and network information, used to operate and protect the service. Notification permission is handled through your device settings.
- Website analytics: when enabled on our website, page paths, page titles, referring pages, visit times, and a browser-session identifier. The mobile app does not use an advertising SDK.
Information you type may contain personal or sensitive information. Please only provide information needed for your request, and do not send passwords, payment-card details, or information you are not authorized to share.
2. Why we use this information
We use information to authenticate you, maintain your account and preferences, show Sites and authorized conversations, generate Agent replies, process your Site requests, deliver and track notifications, provide support, and protect the service against misuse. Website analytics help us understand use of our public pages.
3. AI processing and Sites
When you send a message, the message and relevant conversation or Site context are sent to AI service providers, including OpenAI, to generate a reply. Authorized tools may send information needed for your request to the Site's configured systems. AI replies may be inaccurate; verify important information with the organization concerned.
The organization operating a Site may access conversations and requests for that Site through its authorized staff and systems. Its own privacy policy applies to information it handles for its business services. Contact that organization about its records, including any health, booking, or other sensitive business information.
4. Providers and disclosure
We use service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, AI processing, and service delivery. These include Amazon Web Services and OpenAI. Information may be processed in countries outside your country of residence.
Information is also disclosed to the Site organization or its configured systems when necessary to carry out your request, and where required by applicable law or to investigate abuse and protect the service. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
5. Permissions and local storage
Notification permission is optional and can be changed in your device settings. Declining it does not prevent access to the app. We use local browser or app storage for sign-in state, preferences, and session identifiers. This app does not request access to your contacts, microphone, camera, or precise location.
6. Retention and security
We retain account information, conversations, and notifications to provide account access, history, and the requested services. Additional records may be retained for security, dispute resolution, or legal requirements. Organization records and service-provider records may have separate retention requirements.
Access to account and Site data is restricted through authentication and resource permissions. Information is transmitted using secure connections in the production service. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and deletion requests
Visit our account deletion page for instructions and a prepared request email.
You can change your language, notification settings, and favorite Sites, and sign out of the app. To request access, correction, or deletion of your AskButler account and associated data, email support@health2service.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject “AskButler account deletion” for deletion requests. Do not send your password.
We may ask for information needed to verify the account before acting on a request. We will explain any information that must be retained for legal or security reasons. Requests about records held independently by a Site organization should also be directed to that organization.
8. Children
AskButler is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not designed for children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and address it.
9. Changes and contact
We will update this page when our data practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
For privacy questions or requests, contact Health2Service, the provider of AskButler, at support@health2service.com.
